House Policy

The staff and management of the Bucca Hotel protect the safety and enjoyment of patrons and our community by enforcing the following House Rules:

1. All staff involved in the sale and/or service of alcohol have the right to refuse service at any time.

3. Any person exhibiting the following, will not be admitted into, or served in the hotel:
   • is intoxicated.
   • is aggressive, quarrelsome or disorderly.
   • is, or is suspected of being, under the influence of any illicit substance or;
   • is, or is suspected of being, in possession of any illicit substance.
   • is found soliciting from patrons or staff.

5. No discounting or promoting of products that encourage excessive or unsafe drinking.

7. No smoking at service counters or restaurant areas.

9. Minors will not be served at any time - patrons are required to provide proof of age on request by staff.

11. If you appear or look to be  under 25 years of age, you will be asked for ID.

13. No minor will be admitted into the hotel unless in the company and immediate presence of a parent or guardian (non-smoking restaurant

15. areas only). .

Consider Our Neighbours

          The hotel is in a residential area, please leave the hotel and surrounding area quietly.

          Patrons who make excessive noise, loiter or otherwise disrupt the good order of the neighbourhood will not be re-admitted to the hotel.

                                Please do not drink and drive

          Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time. Any person who refuses to leave when asked is committing an offence  

          carrying a $1875 on the spot fine.
