Australian and Queensland Law
requires you to be 18 years or over to access licensed premises. Proof of age
cards are required
to be shown to security, Police and hotel staff on request. If you refuse or
cannot show ID, you will be asked to leave.

- No discounting or promoting of
products that encourage excessive or unsafe drinking.

or restaurant areas.

any time - patrons are required to provide proof of age on request
- by staff.

under 25 years of age, you will be asked for ID.

- No minor will be admitted into
the hotel unless in the company and immediate presence of a
- parent or guardian (non-smoking

Any person exhibiting the
following, will not be admitted into, or served in the hotel:
- is intoxicated.
- is aggressive, quarrelsome or
disorderly.
- is, or is suspected of being,
under the influence of any illicit substance or; is, suspected of being,
in possession of any illicit substance.
- is found soliciting from
patrons or staff.
